Responsibilities

  • Perform focused and comprehensive assessments for patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions.
  • Prioritize care according to acuity and evolving clinical needs within the emergency workflow.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions within RN scope of practice.
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate care promptly to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with emergency physicians, nursing colleagues, radiology, and other ancillary services to support timely care.
  • Provide patient and family education during emergency treatment and discharge planning, and document assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record.

Compensation & Benefits

Base hourly pay falls within a published range. A sign-on bonus and a full benefits package accompany the role for eligible employees.

  • Base pay: $41.93 – $61.01 per hour
