MedCareerHub USA (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") provides job posting boards, educational resources, profile services, and communication systems to connect healthcare professionals with prospective employers in the United States. In providing these services, the Platform acts as a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

We are fully committed to protecting the intellectual property of digital content creators. In accordance with the DMCA, we have designated an Agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement. We maintain strict procedures to expeditiously remove or disable access to any material that is shown to be infringing upon third-party rights.

This policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, and services owned or operated by MedCareerHub USA.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, uploaded, or displayed on MedCareerHub USA in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

To be legally effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following criteria:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., direct web URLs).
4. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please deliver your completed infringement notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at the email address provided below. Electronic mail is the preferred method for prompt delivery.

Upon receipt of a valid and fully complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24–48 hours, and make a good-faith effort to contact the user who posted the content with details of the removal.

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of an incorrect copyright report, you may file a written Counter-Notification. Under the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your Counter-Notification must contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, physical address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the USA, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the claimant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, our Copyright Agent will forward it to the original reporting party. If that party does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against you within 10 to 14 business days, we are legally required to restore access to the disputed material.

MedCareerHub USA terminates the registration, profiles, and service access of any account holder, employer, or job applicant who is determined to be a repeat violator of intellectual property rights.

Generally, an account will be flagged for termination if it accumulates three (3) verified, non-appealed copyright infringement notices within any twelve-month period. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to terminate accounts immediately at any time for egregious single-instance infringements or where our platform integrity is compromised.
