Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

The published base pay range for full-time employment is $28.57 – $43.04 per hour. Actual pay for Flexi/PRN staff is set according to experience, qualifications, and organizational guidelines. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, overtime, or extra-shift incentives may be available. Benefit eligibility for Flexi staff is determined by hours worked and Sentara policy.
