Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and incontinence management according to each care plan.
  • Support safe transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises while monitoring for changes in mobility.
  • Prepare simple meals, complete light housekeeping and laundry, and provide timely medication reminders.
  • Engage clients through companionship and everyday conversation while documenting observations for the care team.
  • Travel independently between assigned homes within the service area and coordinate with supervisors as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is paid hourly and varies with experience. Paychecks are issued weekly. Medical coverage becomes available once an employee reaches 30 hours per week.
