Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pain evaluations, diagnostic workups, and individualized treatment planning for adult patients.
  • Conduct image-guided interventional procedures, including spinal injections, nerve blocks, and related pain management techniques.
  • Provide ongoing medical management and longitudinal follow-up for patients with complex acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain.
  • Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers (ARNPs and Physician Assistants) in daily clinical operations.
  • Participate in fellowship training activities as a core training site for an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship program.

The role centers on procedural interventions combined with medical management in a coordinated, multi-disciplinary outpatient environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must hold appropriate medical training and demonstrate solid interventional procedural competency. Fellowship training is preferred but not strictly required for applicants with strong backgrounds from qualifying residencies.

MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology
Board Status
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (fellowship preferred)
Licensure
Active or eligible Florida medical license and valid Federal DEA certification
Clinical Skills
Documented interventional pain management experience with strong procedural competency
Additional
Current BLS/ACLS certification; demonstrated bedside manner and team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a base salary guarantee with productivity incentives available from the first day. An immediate partnership track includes ownership opportunity in a new ambulatory surgery center.

  • Base salary guarantee of $375,000–$475,000 per year plus productivity-based bonuses
