Responsibilities

  • Provide site supervision for the full scope of nursing program activities, including planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, budget management, faculty and staff oversight, and curriculum development.
  • Act as clinical site liaison by assessing agency capacity and safety, confirming student and faculty assignments, completing Board clinical approval forms, collecting rotation evaluations, and maintaining inter-agency records.

  • Lead faculty recruitment, hiring, orientation, evaluation, regular meetings, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement of instructional quality.
  • Build and sustain clinical education contracts and community relationships, develop articulation agreements with nearby colleges, convene the Nursing Advisory Committee, and represent nursing program interests across college departments.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is listed at $130,000–$155,000 per year. Confirmed benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, life insurance, and tuition assistance.
