Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial behavioral health assessments via secure telehealth visits and obtain relevant psychosocial, medical, and treatment histories
  • Provide individual psychotherapy through video-based sessions using evidence-based interventions matched to patient needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust goals or interventions as clinically indicated
  • Perform risk and safety assessments, develop safety plans, and coordinate higher levels of care when needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
