Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collect medical histories centered on allergy and sinus conditions.
  • Diagnose and manage allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma; order and interpret allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate medications, immunotherapy, and procedural options; administer and supervise SCIT and SLIT and perform or assist with nasal endoscopy.
  • Oversee percutaneous and intracutaneous testing for environmental and food allergens; deliver pre-operative and post-operative evaluation and care after surgeon-performed sinus procedures.
  • Educate patients on condition management and treatment choices; complete accurate EHR documentation within 24 hours of each visit; collaborate with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Develop relationships with referring providers, attend community lunches and events with the territory representative, and meet defined clinic metrics for testing, treatment, and in-office procedure conversion.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must have at least three years of practice experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and hold the required Texas credentials.
