Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is experience-based within the stated range. Shift differentials and a full benefits package begin on day one.

  • Annual salary range of $88,000–$125,000 with experience-based differentials
