Responsibilities

Education
Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited program
Board Certification

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is structured on a per-completed-assessment basis under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Estimated annual range reflects typical weekly volume and available market multipliers.

  • Base rate of $80 per completed visit, with market multipliers that can increase the rate up to 135% or 160% depending on the counties served
