Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients and families, addressing both acute presentations and ongoing chronic disease management in the outpatient setting.
  • Conduct preventive care visits and health maintenance evaluations aligned with evidence-based guidelines.
  • Coordinate referrals and ongoing management with specialists and other clinicians inside the integrated system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must meet core credentialing standards for independent practice of family medicine in California. Both new graduates completing residency and experienced physicians are considered.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation is provided as an annual salary range. A location- and experience-dependent forgivable loan program and additional premium pay opportunities form the primary recruitment incentives. Shareholder track eligibility is available after meeting organizational criteria.

  • Base salary range of $320,040–$330,000 annually
  • Forgivable loan program of $275,000–$325,000 depending on location and experience
  • Additional premium pay opportunities up to $45,900
