Location & Practice Overview

This full-time Clinic LPN position supports outpatient urology care in Richmond, with clinical duties centered on patient visits, diagnostic testing, physician assistance, and in-office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians during patient examinations and in-office urologic procedures.
• Perform urinalysis, urine cultures, and other ordered clinical tests.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Prepare examination rooms and clinical equipment for patient encounters; clean and sterilize instruments and maintain supply readiness.
• Handle patient and provider telephone communications, document relevant information, and escalate clinical concerns when appropriate.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice procedures while completing assigned clinical support duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

An active Virginia LPN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of relevant nursing experience are required. Urology experience is preferred but not required.
