Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient condition and assess needs to provide care and advice
  • Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans
  • Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and complete patient charts
  • Adjust and administer medication and provide treatments according to physician orders
  • Inspect facilities to maintain hygiene and safety, provide emergency care, and supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants

The role involves direct patient care, documentation, and coordination within the skilled nursing facility team.

Qualifications & Requirements
