Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient care and consultation services for pediatric endocrine conditions.
  • Deliver outpatient clinical care in the ambulatory practice, including diabetes management and general endocrinology.
  • Collaborate with nurses, certified diabetes educators, dietitians, and other support staff to coordinate patient care.
  • Participate in the education of pediatric endocrinology fellows within an active fellowship program.
  • Support growth of the existing regional practice across multiple Western Pennsylvania locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation consists of a competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus an RVU-based incentive bonus. Market data for Pediatric Endocrinologists in the Pittsburgh area support an estimated total compensation range of $220,000–$320,000 annually depending on experience and productivity.
