No. An active Compact or Multi-State LPN/LVN license is required to cover the jurisdictions in which CareHarmony’s patients reside. A single-state license alone does not meet the stated criterion.
How much of the day is spent on the phone?

Is previous Chronic Care Management experience mandatory?
No. Three years of direct patient-facing experience is required, but that experience does not need to have been gained in a remote role or a dedicated CCM setting.
What equipment and workspace conditions are expected?
A company laptop is provided. The nurse must maintain high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace suitable for confidential patient calls.
Can the hourly rate rise above the $21 starting figure?
Yes. Production performance can increase pay to $28 per hour, and overtime opportunities are available for those who wish to earn additional income.
