Responsibilities

  • Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vitals, past and present medical history, and current medication lists.
  • Administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections while communicating allergy testing and treatment protocols clearly to patients.
  • Perform thorough and accurate spirometry testing to assess lung function.
  • Document patient health information accurately in the EHR system and complete all end-of-day reports and logs.
  • Support front-office operations including greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, enrolling patients in treatment plans, and obtaining CT authorizations.
  • Track clinical inventory, resupply as needed, and follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and Aspire safety protocols including universal precautions and sharps disposal.

Cross-training between clinical and front-office duties is expected to support full-cycle clinic operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate the clinical skills and interpersonal abilities needed for a multi-site allergy practice, along with a valid driver’s license for travel between clinics.
