Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the survey process for long-term care and related facilities, applying independent clinical judgment throughout accreditation and certification activities.
  • Conduct surveys that may include re-certification, comparative reviews, complaint investigations, and revisits.
  • Set priorities for survey tasks both independently and as part of a survey team.
  • Address conflicts or controversy openly during the survey process and seek appropriate assistance to reach decisions when needed.
  • Support internal and external customers through survey-related activities across a national client base.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary is set between $72,000 and $80,000. The package includes company-paid travel support and a range of insurance and retirement benefits.
