This is a fully remote virtual neurology role supporting Local Infusion’s developing telehealth program. Clinicians must hold an active license and be permitted to practice from one of the approved states: Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Virginia, Massachusetts, or Maine.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and established patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia evaluation.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards of care.
  • Partner with nurse practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust care plans, including prescribing therapies.
  • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Escalate complex or urgent cases according to established clinical protocols.

The role centers on direct patient-facing virtual care that expands access and shortens time to treatment for eligible patients.
