Education
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certification
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a closely related field
Licensure
Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Experience
Minimum of one year of clinical practice in a relevant setting, plus clear interest in preventive care and collaborative, technology-supported work
