Responsibilities

  • Perform rapid assessment and stabilization of patients presenting with acute medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and consulting specialists regarding diagnosis, treatment, and disposition
  • Coordinate care transitions with hospitalists, intensivists, and outpatient providers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings
  • Supervise and teach residents and advanced practice providers where applicable

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and productivity. Performance incentives are available based on clinical productivity and quality metrics.
