Responsibilities

• Travel to members’ homes and community settings to provide episodic, longitudinal, and urgent pediatric care for children with complex health needs.
• Complete focused and comprehensive in-home assessments and perform procedures such as ear irrigation, point-of-care testing, IV placement, laboratory draws, wound care, and medication administration.
• Flex into the virtual acute care RN function to assess urgent pediatric concerns remotely and support timely care using established clinical protocols.
• Educate children, parents, and caregivers, reinforce care plans, provide follow-up support, and coordinate next steps through the organization’s digital care platform.
• Work closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, navigators, social workers, and therapists to coordinate care around the child and family.
• Document encounters in Athena EMR and maintain timely communication with families through the proprietary mobile application.

The position moves between two connected clinical environments: hands-on pediatric care in the home and virtual acute support when children or families need timely clinical guidance. Strong organization is important because travel, documentation, family communication, and remote clinical work are integrated into the same weekday workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an hourly base rate of $44–$48 with an annual bonus incentive, company benefits, and eligibility for an employee equity purchase program as applicable. Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
