Responsibilities

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to support efficient patient throughput while maintaining patient-centered care standards.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of care quality on the unit in collaboration with the management team.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts and managers to strengthen teamwork that improves outcomes and service delivery.

  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor resources according to patient care needs and productivity standards.
  • Support inventory control and help manage supplies and equipment on the unit; uphold a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must hold current Florida RN licensure or eligible compact status and demonstrate prior charge experience. ACLS and BLS are required within 30 days of start if not already current.
