Responsibilities

  • Assist participants with bathing, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
  • Deliver meals to participants and assist kitchen staff with meal tray preparation.
  • Provide supportive and restorative nursing care as directed by the treatment plan.
  • Report observations to LVNs and RNs so licensed staff can perform further assessment.
  • Maintain uniform standards and follow all organizational and departmental policies.

Supervisors may assign additional duties based on site needs.
