Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy aligned with the clinician’s training and treatment approach.
  • Maintain clinical documentation within the platform’s built-in EHR, using available templates and assessment tools.
  • Manage scheduling, secure client messaging, and session logistics through the practice management system.
  • Build and sustain a caseload of insured clients while retaining full autonomy over clinical decisions and therapeutic modalities.

Providers focus on direct clinical work; insurance verification, claims, and billing processes are handled by the platform.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must meet Texas licensure standards and hold the credentials needed to practice independently as a psychologist.

Master’s level or above (PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology
License
Fully licensed Psychologist (PSY) in Texas with a valid NPI number
Board Status
Eligible or certified in relevant psychological specialties

Compensation & Benefits

Pay is structured on an hourly basis for covered services, with additional bonus potential available through negotiation.
