Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and perform treatments while monitoring vital signs and wound status.
  • Evaluate resident health and report any change in condition to the clinical team without delay.
  • Watch for adverse reactions or side effects and update care plans when indicated.

Compensation & Benefits

The published hourly range already includes the Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through of $3.40 per hour (approved through September 30, 2026). Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base rate.
