Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to one assigned client during scheduled shifts or visits
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders using medication and treatment administration records
  • Monitor client condition and document clinical findings and interventions
  • Perform ordered skilled procedures such as tracheostomy care, ventilator support, wound care, laboratory draws, or suctioning
