Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients presenting with spinal disorders and determine appropriate diagnostic pathways.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar conditions.
• Interpret imaging studies and integrate findings into operative or conservative plans.
• Document clinical encounters, operative notes, and follow-up care according to practice standards.
• Coordinate perioperative care and communicate with referring providers and the multidisciplinary team.
