📋 Daily Responsibilities & Case Management

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including OASIS documentation
• Deliver high-acuity skilled nursing care with emphasis on wound care and infusion therapy

• Coordinate multidisciplinary services including PT, OT, ST, MSW, and HHA

💰 Compensation & Benefits Package

• Compensation: $100,000–$133,000+ annually based on productivity
