📋 Daily Nursing Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to meet the total needs of residents
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Perform thorough nursing evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and initiate individualized plans of care
  • Supervise and coordinate care with care partners while maintaining accountability
  • Actively support the community’s Philosophy for Person-Directed Care

✅ Qualifications

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

License

Current RN license in Texas

Certification

Current CPR certification

Experience

Prior senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute experience preferred. New graduates welcome.

⏱ Schedule & Work Environment

  • Schedule: Every Saturday night shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12 hours)
  • Shift Differential: $2–$3 per hour for nights

💰 Compensation & Benefits
