Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions inside nursing homes and assisted living communities.
  • Develop and revise personalized treatment plans that address emotional well-being for older adult residents.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Deliver staff training and in-service education sessions to support facility-wide approaches to resident mental health.
  • Complete clinical documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Texas license in one of the qualifying disciplines and demonstrate readiness to work with older adults in facility-based settings.

License
Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Texas (or eligible)
Experience

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is structured around annual earnings with additional supports focused on professional development and operational assistance.

  • Annual pay up to $120,000
