Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician and faculty positions from requisition creation through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using databases, professional networks, social media, referral programs, and associations while cultivating candidate pipelines.
  • Initiate and lead search committee meetings, advise on candidate evaluation best practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partner with unit administrators on interview logistics such as travel and itineraries, and collaborate with HR, credentialing, and department leaders on pre-employment processes.
  • Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics, maintain documentation including EEO statistics, place employment ads, and support onboarding engagement with the Onboarding Specialist.
  • Implement outreach to build diverse applicant pools, attend job fairs, prescreen candidates, network across the University and affiliates, and provide consultation to hiring units on policies and procedures.
