Responsibilities

  • Record vital signs and measure height, weight, and fluid intake/output
  • Identify and report abnormal changes in resident body functioning to a supervisor
  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other activities of daily living
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents and provide skin care
  • Contribute to resident assessments and care plans and provide nursing rehabilitation or restorative services

Team members follow the resident need schedule set by the supervisor, offer emotional and social support, and uphold resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence while reporting concerns promptly.

High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination

Compensation & Benefits
