Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Health Suite operations, including medication transcription, administration, storage, refills, and coordination of provider orders.
  • Assess and triage urgent health concerns and coordinate routine medical and dental care for youth.
  • Maintain accurate controlled-drug records and complete required wellness visits on schedule.
  • Orient and train staff, deliver health education to youth, and support outside health care providers.
  • Support infection-control practices and proper handling of contaminated materials.
  • Provide guidance related to restraint use and apply Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques when needed.

The RN also participates in quality-improvement efforts and maintains confidential records under HIPAA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must hold current Maryland nursing credentials and meet the experience and screening standards listed below.

Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
License
Active Maryland RN license with no disciplinary actions
Experience
At least two years of nursing experience; pediatric office, group home, or residential treatment experience preferred
Driving
Valid driver’s license with fewer than seven points; must be able to drive Everstand vehicles
Screening
Background check, drug screen, and COVID vaccination documentation (or approved alternative)

Compensation & Benefits

This part-time RN position offers an hourly rate of $36.71–$38.98 and a listed $3,000 sign-on bonus.
