📋 Daily Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and obtain focused allergy and sinus histories
  • Diagnose and manage conditions including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma
  • Order and interpret allergy testing, sinus imaging, and pulmonary function studies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with medications and immunotherapy
  • Perform and supervise in-office procedures including allergy shots, SLIT, and nasal endoscopy
  • Provide pre- and post-op care for sinus procedures and maintain accurate EHR documentation

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Education

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Experience

Minimum 3 years of clinical practice as an NP or PA

License

Current Texas NP or PA license in good standing

Certifications

BLS or ACLS certification required; valid Texas driver’s license

Preferred

Outpatient specialty or allergy/immunology background; familiarity with EHR systems

Additional

Strong procedural aptitude and comfort supervising immunotherapy

⏱ Schedule & Coverage Details

  • Primary: Monday & Thursday at Lakeway + Friday at South Austin
  • Clinic hours: Mon–Thu 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • Additional PRN coverage at nearby clinics as needed for PTO or volume
  • No weekends or call required
  • EMR documentation expected within 24 hours of encounter
