📋 Clinical Responsibilities & Daily Practice

This role centers on delivering comprehensive allergy and sinus care across multiple Aspire clinics in the Austin area. You will manage both new and established patients while performing key in-office procedures and supporting the broader clinical team.

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and detailed allergy/sinus-focused histories
  • Diagnose and treat conditions including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma
  • Order and interpret allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests
  • Develop personalized treatment plans with medications, immunotherapy (SCIT/SLIT), and procedural options
  • Perform and supervise allergy immunotherapy administration and nasal endoscopy
  • Provide pre- and post-op care for sinus procedures and maintain accurate EHR documentation within 24 hours

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

3+ years practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Education

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

License

Current Texas NP or PA license (in good standing)

Certifications

BLS or ACLS certification required; DEA preferred

Additional

Valid driver's license; comfort with multi-site coverage

⏱ Schedule & Work Environment

  • Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

💰 Compensation & Benefits Package
