Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and allergy/sinus-focused histories for new and established patients.
  • Diagnose and manage conditions such as allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
  • Order and interpret allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests; develop individualized plans involving medications, SCIT/SLIT immunotherapy, and procedural options.
  • Administer and supervise allergy immunotherapy; perform nasal endoscopy.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care for sinus procedures and complete EMR documentation within 24 hours.

Daily work centers on direct patient care and in-office procedures across the Austin clinic network while supporting the broader clinical team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must meet core licensure and experience thresholds; allergy-specific background is preferred but not mandatory for those with solid outpatient experience.

Experience
Minimum 3 years as a practicing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Education
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
License
Current Texas NP or PA license in good standing
Certifications
BLS or ACLS required; DEA preferred
Additional
Valid driver’s license and willingness to cover multiple clinic sites

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is experience-dependent within the stated range, supplemented by performance incentives tied to clinical metrics.
