Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment services through a secure telehealth platform.
  • Create individualized treatment plans and complete accurate clinical documentation for each client.
  • Perform intake evaluations and monitor ongoing progress across the course of care.
  • Partner with clients on goal setting and selection of therapeutic interventions.
  • Manage personal caseload, appointment schedule, and use of platform tools for billing and insurance coordination.

Clinicians retain full autonomy over clinical decision-making while relying on Headway’s integrated systems for administrative support.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must hold active licensure and meet standard credentialing criteria for independent practice in Texas.

Education
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
License
Fully licensed as Clinical Psychologist (PSY) in Texas; multi-state licensure considered
Experience
Post-licensure experience preferred; newly fully licensed psychologists welcome
Credentials
Valid NPI number and current professional malpractice insurance required
Board Status
Eligible for or holding relevant psychology credentials

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings are paid on an hourly basis according to session type and insurance panel participation. No platform fees are deducted from clinician earnings.
