Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify behavioral needs and contributing factors
  • Develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSP) that include SMART behavioral goals and detailed implementation strategies
  • Create Crisis Intervention Plans (CIP) and deliver crisis intervention support when required
  • Monitor and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as progress or challenges emerge
  • Train support staff on Behavior Support Plan implementation and provide ongoing guidance to the individual’s team
  • Collaborate with the full service treatment team, including participation in Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, while ensuring health, safety, dignity, and rights, and completing timely progress notes and timesheets

The role centers on leading behavioral expertise that helps adult participants build skills and achieve targeted independence goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the primary credential pathways listed below and hold a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

Education
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
Alternative Credential
Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Driver Requirement
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required
BCBA Pathway Support
Organization provides supervision for candidates pursuing BCBA certification

Compensation & Benefits

The position pays a fixed hourly rate of $40.00. Eligible employees may access the benefits package outlined below.
