📋 What You'll Do in the ER

  • Rapid assessment and triage of patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
  • Stabilize trauma and critical care patients while coordinating with physicians and specialists
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per protocol
  • Monitor patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to life-threatening changes
  • Document care accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Support families and provide education during high-stress situations

Experience

Minimum 1 year recent Emergency Room nursing experience

License

New York State RN license (or compact eligible and willing to obtain)

Certifications

BLS, ACLS required. PALS, TNCC, and STABLE strongly preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
